Have your say on the proposed NHS constitution

The NHS has produced a draft constitution, the first in its 60 year history.

The document aims to safeguard the NHS’ core principles and values for future generations to come.

It reaffirms rights to NHS services, free of charge and with equal access for all, and enshrines patient rights to choice and to NICE-approved drugs.

Please look at the draft constitution or simply go straight to the consultation document.
