Category C Performance
Category C response to non life threatening or serious cases within timescale
From 1 April 2007 Urgent calls are being prioritised and classified in the same way as emergency 999 calls. Because most urgent cases are now categorised as Category C the performance standards for this group cannot be reported upon until agreement has been reached with the service commissioners. Performance figures will therefore be updated in due course.
