Urgent Calls Performance
Urgent calls no later than 15 minutes after agreed time
From 1 April 2007 Urgent calls are being prioritised and classified in the same way as emergency 999 calls. Because most urgent cases are now categorised as Category C the performance standards for that group of patients cannot be reported upon until agreement has been reached with the service commissioners. Urgent performance figures will not exist past the 31 March 2007.
